Proceedings Published from International Conference on Preventing Nuclear Catastrophe

The proceedings of the International Conference on Preventing Nuclear Catastrophe held May 24-25, 2007 in Luxembourg have been published as a book by the Conference's organizing committee. The book contains reports by the leading global experts who participated in the Conference, as well as the addresses and greetings to participants given by world leaders and heads of major international organizations involved in peace and security issues.

The book also contains a Memorandum prepared by the more than 40 experts from around the world who participated in the Forum. With practical proposals to strengthen the non-proliferation regime and international security and intensify the disarmament process, the Memorandum has been sent to the heads of key states and international institutions.
