He is the author and editor of several books, including Nuclear Dynamite: the Peaceful Nuclear Explosions Fiasco (Brassey’s Australia, Sydney, 1990); Cambodia: the legacy and lessons of UNTAC (Oxford University Press, Oxford, 1995) and The Use of Force in UN Peace Operations (Oxford University Press, Oxford, 2002). His forthcoming book, to be published by Routledge UK in 2010 is on the future of nuclear energy and its implications for global governance.
